Pack Your Product
Place the appliance securely in its original box, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and protective packaging are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package at any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your receipt; we will process your refund within 7-10 business days of receiving the item.
